If you are reading this and have not been to Mama Meena's yet, that ship has sailed. Unfortunately this meal took place on Friday the 25th of October, 2013, the last day this beloved establishment was in business. Due to losing their lease, the owner has decided to move on.
I decided to have one last meal, and won't lament long on its passing, for I have grown accustomed to this sort of thing happening to places I love. R.I.P. Mama Meena's.
Sizzling sisig ($8.50)
Lechon kawali ($8.50) served with a side of Mang Tomas
Ginataang sitaw at kalabasa ($7.50)
Kare-kare ($10.50)
