Heidelberg

Here is another "slideshow" of images from a recent visit to Heidelberg restaurant, a place that is out of the price range of this blog, but still is worth a visit for the exceptional experience and food.

Potato pancakes with applesauce ($11.95)

Bauernwurst, weisswurst, bratwurst ($21.95)

Schweineshaxe, Bavarian specialty roasted pork shank ($31.95)

Jaeger schnitzel ($24.95)

Spaetzle (served with jaeger schnitzle)

If it suits your liking, you can drink beer from boots here. Everyone wears lederhosen as well, which they don't seem to enjoy.

1648 2nd Avenue, New York NY
