Burger Joint

UNITED STATES 🇺🇸

Inside of the fancy Parker Meridien Hotel, this very casual country-style burger place is my personal second-favorite American burger in the city (the best being Shake Shack, the best non-American burger is in Queens), both for its atmosphere and food. It has been next to impossible to get a table for the past couple years, but it's worth the wait and the jostle. It's fun to find this place hiding inside of the hotel, in a location you would never expect.

A burger now costs a mind-boggling $10.25 and fries are $4.50, not really an economical thing now that this place is on the map, but it's still an enjoyable place to tolerate the price increases. I definitely have an inclination for "I remember when...." stories when thinking about it back when $10 was enough for the food and a generous tip.

And by the way, GET OFF MY LAWN!
