They do not have my favorite tonkatsu ramen here, but offer three other varieties ($6.95-$7.40) that all satisfy. Rai Rai Ken definitely wins for atmosphere and a general level of hush that can be rare to find in a popular East Village restaurant. All the selections are actually quite good, and it is such a positive experience to sit down, slurp a bowl of noodles, and go on with your day.
